REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of appointment-setting and marketing services, refunds are not guaranteed.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if granted, are issued solely at the discretion of HRA Acquisition LLC. Eligibility for any refund or guarantee is governed exclusively by the terms outlined in the signed client agreement.
2. Guarantee Conditions
Any guarantees offered are conditional and require clients to fully comply with onboarding requirements, communication standards, and agreed-upon responsibilities. Failure to comply may void eligibility for refunds or guarantees.
3. Cancellation
Clients may cancel Services by providing at least 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Services will continue through the end of the paid billing period.
4. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of Services.
