1. Overview

HRA Acquisition LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides done-for-you appointment setting, outbound lead generation, and related marketing services (“Services”) to online businesses. By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide appointment-setting and outbound marketing services designed to help clients increase qualified sales conversations. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a separate written agreement or onboarding documentation.

While we use proven systems and processes, results may vary depending on factors including market conditions, client offer, responsiveness, and compliance with onboarding requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business information

Respond promptly to booked appointments

Maintain a viable offer and sales process

Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

Failure to meet these responsibilities may limit or negatively impact results and may void eligibility for any guarantees.

4. Fees & Billing

Clients typically engage under a multi-month initial service period, followed by a monthly recurring retainer. Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are agreed upon prior to service commencement.

All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel Services by providing at least 14 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Minimum commitment terms, if applicable, are defined in the client’s service agreement.

6. Guarantees & Disclaimers

Any performance guarantees are governed solely by the terms outlined in the signed client agreement. Guarantees are conditional and require full compliance with agreed-upon responsibilities.

We do not guarantee revenue, profit, or specific business outcomes beyond what is explicitly stated in a written agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRA Acquisition LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
